MySocialGuard operates as a service provider under "Safe Harbor" principles. We do not curate or verify the information posted by users. By continuing to use this site, you waive your right to sue MySocialGuard for any content posted by third parties (other users).
1. Acceptance & User Responsibility
By using MySocialGuard, you acknowledge that we are a neutral provider of a community-driven database. You agree that you are the sole author and responsible party for any content you submit. MySocialGuard does not adopt, endorse, or verify any user-submitted reports.
2. Absolute Immunity & No Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSOCIALGUARD, ITS FOUNDERS, AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR LEGAL ACTIONS) ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON USER REPORTS. WE ARE A PASSIVE CONDUIT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY DATA.
3. Prohibited Misuse & Malicious Reporting
Submission of false, defamatory, or harassing reports is strictly prohibited. If you use this platform to commit libel or slander, you agree that you—and not MySocialGuard—will be held legally accountable for any resulting legal consequences or lawsuits from the reported party.
4. Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MySocialGuard from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or the content you submit to the platform.
5. Content Removal & Dispute
If you believe a report about you is false or defamatory, you may submit a formal removal request. MySocialGuard reserves the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines, but we are not legally obligated to do so unless required by a valid court order.
Legally Speaking...
• You are the owner and legal responsible party for your reports.
• MySocialGuard is just the "bulletin board"—we don't write the messages.
• We cannot be sued for money or damages because of what someone else wrote.
• If you lie, the legal consequences are 100% on you.
